| our mould is high presion and high quality ,buyer please take care it for new running to avoid knife broken We assemble mould knife and needle tightly so after long time running mold will have good shape no sharp spines and long life. 1)when put new mold on machine please not directly run machine,please check machine is no incline and manual turn cutting machine handle ,take out the test sequin film out from the mold and try turn the handle some times make mould up and down move smoothly,confirm no any stuck and jam when mould plates up and down smoothly(20 times mould up and down by handle) 2)add some oil on mould every knife and guide pillar then by hand turning the cutting machine handle again turning some times make the mould up and down move smoothly,confirm no any stuck or not smoothly 3)now you can begin slowly running cutting machine about 30times cutting per minutes after one hour adjust machine speed to 60times cutting per minites ,first day running no more than this speed(every 30minutes oiling one time) 4)from second day you can adjust speed higher but no more than 100times cutting per minutes,this speed after one week runing then high speed no problem (oil also always need) 5)please specially pay attention to some mold will get hot when running,must stop machine and add oil and use very low speed running some hours,otherwise knife will broken. when running follow this instruction run mould will avoid knife broken problem best regards louis |
